Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Customer Relationship Management
∎ Handle inbound customer calls and provide clear information on products/services.
∎ Check and Answer Facebook and WhatsApp Messages·
∎ Build relationships with potential new customers and assist in lead generation.
∎ Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
∎ Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
∎ Follow-up with back-office and farm management for slaughtering and delivery schedule
∎ Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to senior management.
∎ Build long-term relationships with customers and maintain a positive brand image.
∎ Continuously work on service improvement to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Coordinate with Delivery Team to ensure successful delivery
∎ Assist in File processing, Client coordination, and post-sale customer follow-up.
∎ Stock Report Management
