Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
∎ Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns.
∎ Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied with the outcome.
∎ Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
∎ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
∎ Work closely with team members and other departments to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
