Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain a social media platform and receive inbound calls for engagement with customers.
∎ Gather customer data and offer services or products according to their needs.
∎ Make outbound calls for follow-up potential customers.
∎ Achieve sales target in any situation.
∎ Making reports for top management
∎ Complete additional tasks given by management.
∎ Working skill:
∎ Good at Microsoft office.
∎ Good at presentation.
∎ A class communication skills.
∎ Confidence in handling any critical situation and work under pressure.
∎ Good expertise in teamwork to generate sales and meet monthly targets.
∎ Excellent convincing skill of handling customers to get the deal done in any situation.
∎ Soft Skills:
∎ Quick learner, Self-learner, Problem solver, Smart, Punctuality, Time management, Target archiver, Self-motivated

Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-year experience minimum required in the sales profession.
∎ Note: Specifically for Female and present Resident Banasree and Rampura.

Salary:
∎ Salary range 10000-15000 based on experience and skill.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary review yearly once.
∎ Festival bonus yearly 2.
∎ Performance bonus
∎ Other facilities according to company policy.
∎ Rostering duty. 9 am to 6pm. 1 day off after 6 days.
