∎ American International University Bangladesh,BRAC University,East West University,Independent University, Bangladesh,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology students will get preference
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Adobe Photoshop,Digital Marketing,IELTS
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Management, Microsoft Office Applications

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Care, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Service, Face to Face Customer Support
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration & Education Consultancy Service
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proper career counseling directly over the phone & face to face to the students and their guardians for further study in Australia, Canada, and UK.
∎ Ask questions to understand customer requirements. Introducing the organization's services to customers (Keeping records of calls, updating customer information in the database) to follow up with the other process.
∎ Maintained good communication with clients and prepared applications for admission into different foreign universities / maintaining other formalities related to entries with the university's international office.
∎ Must have a good command of English. Coordinating the Admissions Manager/ Compliance Manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have excellent analytical ability.
∎ Working Hours: Saturday - Thursday (10 AM to 6 PM)
∎ Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
∎ Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
∎ Knowledge of relevant computer programs (CRM Software) and telephone systems.

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
