Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: call center training, Computer Skill, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Fluent in speaking English, Good communication skills, Problem solving, Self motivated

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
∎ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate, solutions and alternatives within the time limit; follow up to ensure resolution.
∎ Dealing with clients and collect customer information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information to provide highest quality of service to the customers over the phone.
∎ Promptly responding to client's queries efficiently & effectively.
∎ Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
∎ To handle customers in a professional manner.
∎ Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
∎ Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
