Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accurate counseling direct & over the phone & Face to Face.
∎ Expert for Client handle Face to Face.
∎ Meet & Greet clients make and receive phone calls.
∎ Maintain good communication with clients.
∎ Must have good command over English.
∎ Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms, and maintain files and records.
∎ Plan, execute, supervise, monitor business plans.
∎ Receive and reply emails, carry out marketing and promotions via online.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 26 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Age 18 to 26 years
∎ Excellent Bengali & English Communication Skill especially client handle, official work & formal emails.
∎ Leadership quality and able to work under pressure.
∎ Should have good communication and computer knowledge.
∎ Necessary training will be provided.
∎ Smart, well dressed, organized, presentable and well mannered.
∎ Must have good communication skill over English language.
∎ Should know computer basic knowledge (MS Word-Excel typing, emailing, Internet, graphic design etc.)
∎ Should have eligibility to work under pressure.
∎ Must have excellent phone manners and a lot of patience.
∎ Able to work under minimum supervision.
∎ Excellent Communication skill.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Credit card, Performance bonus
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
