Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer incoming calls from customers to answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints and provide information.
∎ Answer calls and respond to emails.
∎ Ensure customers satisfaction.
∎ Receive and make call to customers.
∎ positive attitude and self motivation.
∎ Make report to top managment.
∎ Having well manner and good behavior.
∎ Document all call information according to standard operator procedures.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Customer service experience.
∎ Active ,smart and confident.
∎ Excellent communication skill.
∎ listening and Speaking skills.
∎ Attention to detail.
∎ Willing to work in shifts.

Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
