∎ Problem-solving mindset and the ability to handle customer queries and concerns effectively.
∎ Previous customer service experience is preferred.
∎ Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
∎ Providing information about our travel services and assisting with bookings.
∎ Resolving customer issues and ensuring satisfaction.
