Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having 05 years experiences on similar work specially in water related project.
∎ Receive direction from and work report to General Manager
∎ Develop procedure document for Customer service and billing work.
∎ Responsible for staff recruitment, training, assessment and team building
∎ Take responsibility and management for the establishment and improvement of the revenue system, and guided the subordinates to do daily work such as meter reading and charging etc.
∎ Manage staff to complete the installation of user household meter, pipe network maintenance, pipe network inspection, pipe network leakage detection, investigation and punishment of illegal water use etc. to ensure the smooth operation of water supply facilities.
∎ Mange staff to handle users' repair reports and complaints to improve users' satisfaction with water use.
∎ Management of Department cost control.
∎ Other tasks assigned by superior.

∎ Age at least 35 years

Salary: Negotiable
