∎ Skills Required: Customer Service, Marketing, Ms Office Suite

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making calls to clients and keeping a record of their issues
∎ Collect documentation from clients
∎ Explain the customer issues to management to be solved
∎ Keep track of every client's issues and progress
∎ Follow up with management and clients until issues are solved
∎ Making overall service progress report
∎ Making files for each client (Softcopy and Hardcopy)
∎ Answering telephone calls
∎ Usage of PABX & photocopies
∎ Guest taking care
∎ Appointment making and follow up
∎ Writing meeting minutes & follow up
∎ Keep track of daily & monthly expenditure
∎ Maintain visitors' logbook
∎ Accomplish any tasks given by management
∎ Online and Social media marketing activities

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Able to handle any type of customer easily.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Major Client Wining Bonus.
