∎ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, e-mail an social media.
∎ Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution.
∎ Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers.
∎ Keep records of customer interactions and feedback.
∎ Collaborate with the sales and technical team to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Help to manage online customer queries related to Energy+ products and services.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Department Head.
