∎ Strong communication skills both in English & Bangla.
∎ Should have typing speed 30 words per minute for Digital & 25 for Voice.
∎ Should have computer literacy & MS Office.
∎ Should have the ability to work under pressure.
∎ Good Communication skills Candidates should have the mindset to work on roster basis.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide quality service to the customers over Live Chat.
∎ Capture customer insights and escalate issues to other internal departments.
∎ Maintain targeted KPI on a regular basis.
∎ Maintain high standard of service quality as per the requirement of the organization.
∎ Answering incoming calls from customers and ensure instant customer satisfaction on product query.
∎ Responsible for making outbound and follow-up calls.
∎ Respond to customer inquiries regarding product quality, complaints and feedbacks.
∎ Receiving customer complaints and input those in the system for necessary measures.
∎ Provide quality service to the customers over Live Chat.
