Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Service, Digital Market or Facebook Page, Facebook marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Call Center
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint.
∎ Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
∎ Handle complaints; provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
∎ Resolve customer complaints via phone, email and Facebook Page messenger.
∎ Must be needed to maintain Organizational Policy and Behavior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years

∎ Excellent in Operating Computer
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Our existing employee receive 10-15 thousand taka incentive every month. We provide incentive as our company policy. If you have quality you are welcome.
