Job Responsibilities:
∎ Always live on Facebook page.
∎ Provide excellent customer service to enhance customers experience.
∎ Dealing with Customers' queries and complaints.
∎ Quick respond to Clients' queries and complaints' through phone, email & social media.
∎ Comply telephone etiquette with clear voice.
∎ Have to give proper service our lock customer.
∎ Ensure extraordinary customer experience.
∎ Counseling with clients to choose the better option.
∎ Focus in generating new business booking.
∎ Good Knowledge in e-Marketing.
∎ Perform other research and prototype works as per the plan of the company.
∎ Have to give daily report on Hard paper to Management.
∎ Must be hard worker and able to work under pressure.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ All type of Online Marketing, customer services.
∎ Must be smart and well dress up.
∎ Fluent in Speaking and Writing in English.
∎ Skilled in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel & PowerPoint), Internet Browsing and Fast Typing (Both English & Bengali) ( Must be Practical Experience).
∎ Candidate must be self-motivated & willing to work under pressure. Must be smart, proactive and hardworking.
∎ Should follow the office timing, rules and other terms as per company policy.
∎ Preference for the company's interest to be given by the Employee before self.
∎ May need to work beyond working hours or on the weekly/government holiday for the sake of company requirement and you should accept it un-questioningly.

Salary: Tk. 12000 - 20000 (Monthly)
