Accounting Data Entry, Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Hospital
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive patients with joyfully.
∎ Make appointment and do needful for the registration on the ERP as per Consultants schedule.
∎ Take the money as consultancy / investigation fees from patients and return the rest of the money.
∎ Maintain serial of the patient's file.
∎ Give movement of the patient's file.
∎ Inform Doctor's Assistant about receiving files.
∎ Answer the patient's query and give the right information.
∎ Submitting the total received money from patients to the accounts department after completing the duties.
∎ Hand over the task to next shift colleagues who will have on duty.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 13000 (Monthly)
∎ As per company policy.
