Job Context:
∎ The position is responsible for managing the overall corporate customer before and especially after the agreement done, acquisition and Sales management to ensure revenue growth.
∎ Notify and inform each customer about their project progress.
∎ Ensure payment confirmation from each customer as per the agreement.
∎ The prospect candidate will also possess strong fleet management, business communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for handling end-to-end corporate customer including region, Customer acquisition and recovery management to achieve overall customer service & Revenue target across the country.
∎ Prepare customers segment and drive the acquisition plan.
∎ Maintain a good relationship with existing customers.
∎ Design and Maintain acquisition growth strategy and driving customer satisfaction.
∎ Answer all customer's queries regarding their project as per engineering terms and agreement policies.
∎ Analyze and report on customer's requirement and inform to the Engineering Department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
