Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries through phone.
∎ Resolve customer complaints, provide solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
∎ Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to assist customers effectively.
∎ Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
∎ Record and manage customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
∎ Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., sales, technical, logistics) to ensure customer needs are met.
∎ Assist with customer onboarding and product/service education.
∎ Monitor and report customer satisfaction metrics and propose improvements.
