∎ To receive inbound call from clients and make outbound calls.
∎ Provide adequate information to clients.
∎ Customer complaint management.
∎ Keep records of client details & conversation for further business.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 21 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in telesales will get preference.
∎ Good Communication skills.
∎ Adequate knowledge in negotiation.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and hard working.
∎ Smart and outspoken
∎ To align with company culture.
∎ Familiar to work with MS Word, MS Excel & Emails
