∎ Answer customer inquiries And Make Sale via Chat ( Facebook Massage , Instagram, Whatsapp) & Phone Call . ( Mostly Chat )
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customer Support through Chat ( Social Media )
∎ Making Order through CHAT ( Facebook , Instagram , Whatsapp)
∎ Answer customer inquiries via chat & phone
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Direct customers according to their specifications
∎ Update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions
∎ Pitch ideas for improving customer care
∎ Participate in team-building activities
∎ Encourage customers to complete surveys
∎ Make recommendations to management to improve customer experience
∎ Collect customer feedback.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Positive attitude and self-motivated.
∎ Capable to handle customer queries/complaints instantly.
∎ Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers; retain new customers.
