Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor from any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend all incoming telephone calls and transfer the line to the desired extension number properly and accurately.
∎ Promptly connect the outgoing calls requested by the officials.
∎ Immediately deliver the incoming important message to the officials.
∎ Update and maintain the database of all Direct & Extension telephone numbers of different officials of the company.
∎ Be conversant about the business nature of different units of the Group for quick response to satisfy the queries of clients.
∎ Receive both the incoming & outgoing mails and arrange delivery of the same properly and accurately.
∎ Handle the administrative support task.
∎ Manage inbound and outbound calls and social media conversation.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Maintain any front desk activities.
∎ Should be well groomed, smart, proactive & have the ability to work in a team environment.
∎ Should have excellent oral & written communication skill both in English & Bangla and have computer literacy.
∎ Be polite, gentle, courteous and pleasant.
∎ Be capable to attend and response to multitask and maintain cool demeanor under pressure.
Salary: Negotiable
