∎ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Journalism, or Communications will be given preference

Advertising, Customer Service, Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), Public Relations Skills, Retail
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor company engagement in social media sites
∎ Write appropriate responses to the particular customer comment
∎ Determine the problem / sentiment of posts and how we would respond to it
∎ Determine when a response is needed publicly, privately, or by another team
∎ Protect brand reputation using existing methods as well as developing new methods
∎ Collect, analyze, and present data and insights to leadership on all of our social media and customer service platforms
∎ Escalate brand reputation concerns in a timely manner and coordinates decision making from leaders
∎ Coordinate with other customer relations specialists on the team for effective output
∎ Create attractive posts in social media for effective customer engagement
∎ Bring fresh ideas on social engagement to the forefront
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 33 years
∎ Minimum 6 months experience in customer service, advertising, public relations, marketing, retail, or related field
∎ Excellent written communication skills (Bangla and English)
∎ Proven understanding of how to use a variety of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
∎ Proven passion and curiosity around the growing field of social media
∎ Agility and willingness to be able to monitor social channels remotely and respond as necessary
∎ Candidates with graphic designing experience will be given preference
∎ Person with disability are encouraged to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ Hiring immediately
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
