Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC or Bachelors degree in any discipline - NB: Educational qualification can be overlooked if there is good work experience.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer inbound from customers/patients who want to know about our services
∎ Provide right information to customers in professional tone & attitude, and redirect to other employees where appropriate
∎ Prepare patient appointments and maintain appointment schedule
∎ Make outbound calls to coordinate patient appointent schedules and to inform updates to patients
∎ Conduct & provide feedback on surveys ordered by the management.
∎ Manage and resolve customer complaints, escalate when necessary
∎ Keep records of calls and note useful information.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 33 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience: Minimum 6 months in a Call Center / Customer Support Role
∎ Proper pronunciation in Bengali.
∎ Customer Friendly Voice
∎ Good knowledge of rMS Word, MS Excel, Google Docs and Google Spreadsheets
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and organizational skills
∎ Cool-temper and ablility to handle negative behavior from client with positive attitude.
∎ Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
∎ Must be able to multi-task and work under pressure when needed
∎ Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
∎ The applicants should have at least 6 months experience in the following business area(s): Call Center, Customer Support Role
∎ Good communication skill in Bangla and English.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Performance bonus
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Overtime/Bonus pay for working on holidays
