Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers with the goal of promoting our products and services.
∎ Good problem-solving skills.
∎ Must have good listening skills.
∎ Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up skills.
∎ Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).Provide accurate information about our products and services to potential customers.
∎ Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall team targets.
∎ Understand the customer’s issue and solve the issue.
∎ Collaborate on developing and executing sales strategies, optimizing operations for better efficiency.
∎ Analyze sales data and produce reports on performance, customer insights, and market trends.
∎ Assist in managing sales projects, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
∎ Prepare and deliver polished presentations to executive teams, clients, and other key stakeholders.
∎ Facilitate communication between the sales team, ensuring smooth information flow.
∎ Maintain strong customer relationships and address inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
∎ Hunting new customer and generate leads for sale of our esteemed electronics & home appliances products·
∎ Achieve departmental goal through Direct Marketing, Database Marketing and Tele-Marketing.
∎ Create a strong relationship with the clients for potential opportunities.·
∎ Ensure monthly sales target is achieved.
∎ Update daily activities reports in ERP software.
