Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attending Phone calls and maintain call log.
∎ Receiving customer queries and forwarding to concern department.
∎ Provide product information to the customer
∎ Listening and understanding of customer's complaint and have to provide suitable solutions to customers
∎ To follow up after sales service related email and replying the email from customers
∎ Reporting day to day activities to the concern authority.
∎ To handle customer with effective communication skills.
∎ To provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer.
∎ Organize and attend outdoor business meeting when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area (s): Face-to-Face Customer Support.
∎ Honest and Hardworking.
∎ Good command on office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook etc.)
∎ Must have to good communication skill on Bangla and English with proper accent
∎ Good interpersonal, analytical skill, problem solving, leadership skill as well as organizational skills.
∎ Must have to multiple tasking ability
∎ Candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with Customer
∎ Able and willing to work under pressure and meet the challenges.
∎ Self-motivated, hardworking, energetic and result oriented.
Salary: Tk. 13000 - 15000 (Monthly)
