∎ Handling clients, regular follow-ups of the clients.
∎ Handling WhatsApp massages, Facebook business massages, Facebook comments.
∎ Makin new calls & set meetings with client.
∎ Maintaining healthy relations with the client.
∎ Communicating with existing clients on calls & fixing appointments.
∎ Have to attend and handle client meetings.
∎ Making welcome calls to the clients in order to impart all the relevant information related to them.
∎ Understanding the customer`s interest while sharing their feedback.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organization with a view to retaining existing customers,
∎ increasing brand loyalty and expanding the company brand.
∎ Deciding on a final CRM structure and architecture that will work seamlessly across the business and capture crucial information along the sales funnel.
∎ Making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities.

Salary: Tk. 8000 - 15000 (Monthly)
