∎ 3 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Face global customer as front liner and assist them in resolving their problems.
∎ Ensure operational activities like On time System update, Document preparation/Collection,/Audit/Dispatch, etc. in light of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
∎ Prepare Container Load Plan as and when needed.
∎ Ensure on time B\L draft submission by shipper
∎ Ensure on time Shipment Instruction transmission to carrier.
∎ Cross check Carrier Bill of Lading (BL) and our system data to avoid any discrepancy.
∎ Clear data quality (DQ) error.
∎ Response to daily operational emails/queries / calls / with zero or minimal escalations
∎ Communication with destination team & clients on regular shipment related issue.
∎ Proactive in exception management
∎ Communicate with different stakeholders & ensure error free/on time system update.
∎ Release FCR/HBL/BL to shipper within timeline mentioned in the SOP or standard time.
∎ Maintains good rapport with customer and internal stake holder.
∎ Prepare the necessary reports based on client requirement
∎ Any ad-hoc responsibilities assign by the management
