Job Context:
∎ Owns and manages the customer experience. Has responsibility for end-to-
∎ end customer experience within the assigned scope in SCM, in compliance
∎ with relevant company procedures and agreements with customer.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibilities :
∎ Ensure 100% compliance with SOP/IOP/KPI.
∎ Attend customer query and establish good rapport through professional & timely communication
∎ Booking management with the shipper and Ocean Carrier
∎ Prepare cargo Loading plan
∎ Proactive in exception management
∎ Volume forecasting
∎ Prevent revenue leakage
∎ Coordinate with network and OPS colleagues
∎ Actively engage in implementation of new customer, projects, etc
∎ Communication with ocean carriers, CFS, GSC and vendors
∎ Strong follow up to meet KPI target
∎ Promote e-doc / e-FCR execution
∎ Drive upselling
∎ Various kind of reporting
