Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 5 to 7 years of demonstrated experience managing or supervising a high transactional volume customer focused department with emphasis on order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
∎ Excellent organizational skills and able to handle multiple priorities.
∎ Effective written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Flexible and able to change direction as needed or requested.
∎ Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) data entry or system experience
∎ Able to meet deadlines.
∎ Possess a comprehensive understanding of the CNA Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and will produce and analyze reports as needed.
∎ Ability to interact daily with all elements of the business including but not limited to; Sales, Operations, Logistics and Accounting.
∎ Supervise, develop, and direct activities of 6-10 Customer Service and Logistics Specialists.
∎ Assess, develop, and implement process improvements across the department that are scalable
∎ Understand specific customer requirements.
∎ Communicate effectively both externally and internally.
∎ Ensure safe, reliable, and cost controlled transportation of goods.
∎ Multi-million dollar logistics budget responsibility.
∎ Manage and set department and company KPI’s
∎ Primary responsibilities exceeding customer expectations.
∎ Managing cross functional weekly Packaging Product Review meeting
∎ Lead and improve department huddles
∎ Analyze or produce reports for department and business leaders.
∎ Assist Procurement of raw material.
∎ In your absence you are responsible to ensure that the tasks assigned to the absentee is adequately covered by them or trained personnel. As a Supervisor or Manager, it is your responsibility to ensure that all activities are managed appropriately in an absence of any associate that reports to you.
∎ Other duties as assigned.
∎ We will follow the company written training program for this position.
