∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Care, Customer Handling, Customer Support through Phone

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
∎ Following communication “scripts” when handling different topics
∎ Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
∎ Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
∎ Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Educational Background: Graduation required but not mandatory
∎ Experience in E-commerce industry will get preferance
∎ Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
∎ Excellent communication skills over phone and chatbox
∎ Good listening and problem solving skills
∎ Ability to take and handle stress and pressure
∎ Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Over time allowance
∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
