Job Responsibilities:
∎ We offer
∎ This position is expected to build relation with customers and delivering according to the commercial and operational targets defined by the Team Leader.
∎ The incumbent is also responsible for the polite communication of informed product specifications and premier customer service.
∎ Key responsibilities
∎ • Ensure timely follow-up of operational activities - like System update for vessel nomination, load move Vessel utilization etc. in time
∎ • Response to daily customer emails or queries / calls / with zero or minimal escalations
∎ • Communication with internal and external stakeholders on regular shipment related issue.
∎ • Proactive in exception management
∎ • Communicate with OTCS/GSC/Internal Teams & ensure error free/on time service delivery
∎ • Attending Customer queries in professional manner
∎ •Require to be innovative on day to day task to gain efficiency in work and address the root cause and provide solution to customer to improve customer experience
∎ • Maintains good rapport with all internal and external stakeholders and should have a collaborative approach
∎ We are looking for
∎ • Graduation or Post Graduation from any public or renowned private university. CGPA minimum 3.0
∎ • Personality: passionate, punctual, result oriented, self-starter, well-structured, professional, sense of urgency
∎ • Require to be flexible in office timing and week off due to nature of jobs along with roster activities
∎ • Proactive and quick responsiveness
∎ • Diversified character with ability to work under pressure
∎ • People oriented and people friendly
∎ • Positive approach towards changes
∎ • Performance improvement acumen with passion for finding new & innovative ideas & opportunities
∎ • Good interpersonal, communication skills
∎ • Ability to understand and interpret productivity & performance data
∎ • Have to be professional in business communication.
∎ • Strong Operational Understanding.
∎ • Good Team player
∎ • Fluent in English & Bengali Language
