Educational Requirements:
∎ We will prefer candidates from English Medium Background, or those who have good IELTS Score (8 or above).

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Center, Customer Care
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for fluent English speaking candidates preferentially from English Medium background or candidates who have International call center experience to work in our project.
∎ Working day is 6 days a week.
∎ Must be willing to work long term (be willing to stay for 1 year or more).
∎ Although you will start job at night shift, 2 out of the 3 candidates (we have 3 vacancies in this position) will have the opportunity to shift to Day and Evening shift after training at Night Shift for 3 months

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work in Night Shift (9 PM to 7 AM) with possible Paid Over Time work.
∎ Job responsibility will include taking inbound calls from American customers and solving their queries.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ If you are not a fluent English speaker and do not have good listening or speaking skills in English, please DO NOT APPLY. We are looking for people who are extremely good in both.

Salary: Tk. 18000 (Monthly)

∎ Possible Increment After 1 Year depending upon Performance and Dedication

∎ After 1 Year eligible to get 12 paid annual leaves per year.
