Educational Requirements:
∎ H.S.C, Bachelor degree in any discipline.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ First point of to receive calls and convey appropriate messages to the clients professionally.
∎ Responsible to handle callers' queries, complaints, and requests through inbound and outbound calls.
∎ Maintain a high standard of call quality as per the requirement of the department/organization.
∎ Responsible to document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
∎ Perform any other operational task assigned by the supervisor/higher authority.
∎ Update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions.
∎ Create and maintain reports about customer interactions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Fresher's also can apply.
∎ Good Communication Skill.
∎ Good Knowledge of relevant computer programs.
∎ Sound basic knowledge about Internet Broadband related terms.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must be fluent both in Bangla & English. (With the right pronunciation).
∎ Candidates having experience in call center or ISP will get extra preference.
