Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Order confirmation on website/Facebook.
∎ Receiving customer calls.
∎ Engage with customers through social media platforms, such as messaging services and comment sections, to respond to queries, feedback, and requests.
∎ Data entry and manage.
∎ Provide correct information to everyone over the phone.
∎ Have to handle each & every client with care and sincerity.
∎ Handle critical customers with effective and gentle communication skill.
∎ Replay text and talk about our offers and our service in different platform.
∎ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bengali and English.
∎ Ability to remain calm and patient while dealing with various customer concerns.
∎ Skilled in talking over Phone.
