Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 50 years
∎ Proven experience (5 years) in Customer Service within the garments accessories industry.
∎ Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry trends.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to derive insights and make informed decisions.
∎ Leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams.Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
∎ Familiarity with garment accessory production processes and materials is beneficial.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and motivate a customer service team for efficient operations.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
∎ Oversee accurate and timely processing of customer orders, coordinating with production and logistics.
∎ Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring clear and concise communication.
∎ Address and resolve customer complaints, collaborating with relevant departments for corrective actions.
∎ Analyze customer service data, generate reports on KPIs, and present findings to management.
∎ Implement initiatives for operational efficiency and enhanced customer satisfaction.
∎ Every order details needs to be thoroughly checked from CS end before posting for production.
∎ Need to work with ERP System.
∎ Record details of actions taken.
∎ Organize workflow to meet customer time frames.
