∎ Diploma in Computer, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Training/Trade Course: CCNA Certificate will be Counted as Extra Quality
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Customer Support through Phone

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies.
∎ Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with our services.
∎ Letting customers know about other tariff the company offers.
∎ Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
∎ Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
∎ Call forward to any department as per requirements of caller.
∎ Take up other duties as assigned by Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good command on office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook etc.)
∎ Able and willing to work under pressure and meet the challenges.
∎ Self-motivated, hardworking, energetic and result oriented
∎ Willing to Work (Day/Night) shift

Salary: Tk. 7000 - 10000 (Monthly)
