Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ O Level, A Level, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Call Center, Customer Service, IELTS
∎ Training/Trade Course: Call Center Training, Customer Service Training, English Language
∎ Skills Required: Call Center, Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Call Centre training
∎ Previous experience in Tele-Sales will be preferred.
∎ Skills Required: Customer Support through Phone

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to handle incoming calls to the prospective customers pertaining to the Client's business.
∎ Need to provide excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
∎ Perform every call actively to solve client's problem and following up of the clients
∎ Must be knowledgeable about Facebook (Social media), email & web chat and timely response to the customer
∎ Obtain and examine all relevant information in order to assess the validity of complaints and to determine possible causes.
∎ Use Call Center systems and CRM to manage prospects.
∎ Report time to time to the team leader for complicated issues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Call Center experience is preferred
∎ Fluency in English has to be good and clear Bengali will be added advantages
∎ Candidate must have computer literacy such as MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and Internet.
∎ Well behaved
∎ Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
