∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ English medium background will be an added advantage.
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ Make outbound calls to customers, collecting different types of information's and store accordingly in the company database.
∎ Inform customers about our products and services. Use unique selling points to highlight our product features over the call.
∎ Assist customers with product price and quality related issues. Take part in database related information entry whenever needed.
∎ Take complaints and valued suggestions from the customers; follow up properly if and when any issue arises.
∎ Meeting call targets every day and prepare report accordingly.
∎ Assist in present and promote products using solid selling techniques to existing and prospective customers.
∎ Work from the branches and assist customers to try our products if needed.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the management if and when required basis.
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Call Center, Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Customer Care, customer care management, Customer Support through Phone, Face-to-Face Customer Support, Guest Relations/ Services, Monitoring and Reporting
∎ English fluency is must.
∎ Candidates will have to be attractive and presentable.
∎ Have a Decent typing speed.
∎ Skilled in MS Office applications, standard computer efficiency and email communication.
∎ Ability to work for long hours.
∎ Tk. 12000 (Monthly)
∎ Maximum BDT 12,000 (Depending on candidate`s education, experience and interview performance).
