∎ HSC

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing quality of service to the customers over the phone
∎ Handling inbound/outbound calls and maintain online communication
∎ Evaluating problems of customers and provide effective solutions
∎ Performing phone survey when required
∎ Ensuring feedback from the customer for improvement of customer service
∎ Obtaining client information, managing and updating customer database about the status of each customer
∎ Convincing people over phone regarding different offers
∎ Data entry and data processing

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work in shift duty-Morning shift & Evening shift (Ends at 8:00 pm)
∎ Candidates with understanding of Chattogram and Noakhali accent will get preference
∎ Good typing skill in English & Bangla.
∎ Participant must have the ability to speak proficiently in Bangla and English
∎ Good knowledge over MS Office and Social Media
