∎ Prior experience in a call center environment is highly preferred.
∎ Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and effectively.
∎ Excellent problem-solving abilities.
∎ Clear, confident, and persuasive speaking skills.
∎ Positive attitude with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle incoming customer calls efficiently, ensuring prompt resolution and satisfaction.
∎ Respond accurately to customer inquiries via phone.
∎ Receive and log customer complaints in the system and follow up with updates regarding their resolution.
∎ Deliver clear and relevant information about products or services.
∎ Exhibit confidence, professionalism, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
∎ Manage both inbound and outbound calls with customers across the country.
∎ Handle challenging conversations with professionalism and empathy.
