∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Center, Customer Service
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ISP, IT Enabled Service
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer incoming calls from customers to answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.
∎ answer calls and respond to emails.
∎ handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email.
∎ research required information using available resources.
∎ manage and resolve customer complaints.
∎ provide customers with product and service information.
∎ enter new customer information into system.
∎ update existing customer information.
∎ process orders, forms and applications.
∎ identify and escalate priority issues.
∎ Route calls to appropriate resource.
∎ follow up customer calls where necessary.
∎ document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
∎ complete call logs.
∎ Produce call reports.
∎ Promote customer care and help customers to resolve their day to day queries.
∎ Inward sample into system within time frame and communicate customers immediately in case of hold samples for required information.
∎ Review testing samples using an ERP based software.
∎ Day to day communication through mail/phone and visiting customer.
∎ Assist customers in service request application.
∎ Coordinate with internal operation divisions in achieving customer satisfaction.
∎ Capable to handle customer queries/complains instantly.
∎ Capable to handle Inbound/outbound calls.
∎ Collect customer's feedback.
∎ Must able to work by shifting & willingly work in Govt holidays.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Positive attitude and self motivated.
∎ Make Report to Supervisor.
∎ Shift: Day- 7 AM to 3 PM (Female), Evening- 3 PM to 11 PM (female), Night-11 PM to 7 AM (Male).
∎ Complain receive & send it to proper Division.
∎ Manage Front Office.
∎ Handle walk-in clients.
∎ Telesales/ Telemarketing.
∎ PABX management.
∎ Courier/mail handling.
∎ Office coordination.
∎ Any other task assigned by supervisor.
∎ To attend corporate affairs, Daily departmental work monitoring.
∎ Daily appointment fix up.
∎ Receive & deliver letters, drafting, replying the customer/ guests & other queries,
∎ Communicate with other departments, mail checking & replying.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Smart, good looking, energetic, self-motivated and ambitious, friendly, open minded. .
∎ Have to be smart to contact with customers.
∎ Need to very skilled in computer (Operating System, MS Office ,Internet etc.)
∎ Should have clear knowledge in Social Media Marketing (i.e. Facebook, Google+, youtube, Instagram,Twitter, Linkedin etc.)
∎ Pleasant and friendly attitude & Computer Literacy is a must.
∎ Proficient in relevant computer applications.
∎ Language proficiency in bangla and english.
∎ Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
∎ Knowledge of call center telephony and technology.
∎ Some experience in a call center or customer service environment.
∎ Good data entry and typing skills both in bangla and english.
∎ Knowledge of administration and clerical processes.
∎ Verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Listening skills, problem analysis and problem solving.
∎ Customer service orientation, organizational skills.
∎ Attention to detail, judgment, adaptability, team work.
∎ Stress tolerance, resilience.
∎ Willing to work in shifts.
∎ Willing to work on holidays.

Salary: Negotiable
