Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
∎ Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics.
∎ Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
∎ Seize opportunities to upsell property when they arise.
∎ Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
∎ Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
∎ Attend educational seminars on a regular basis to improve your knowledge and performance.
∎ Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 21 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Have a good knowledge to use Google Sheets: Online Spreadsheet, Excel.
∎ Track record of exceeding quotas.
∎ Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
∎ Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
∎ Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively

Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ 30,000 BDT for each successful sale as a commission.
