Job Context:
∎ BSEZ is the first economic zone developed by a Japanese company in the nation, established jointly in partnership with the Government of Bangladesh (Bangladesh Economic Zones Authority: BEZA).
∎ Currently we are looking for a customer and sales support officer suitably qualified, experienced, dynamic, self-motivated and highly responsible officer Office near Sonpara, Panchrukhi (Narayanganj). The candidate should possess a good physique and have the ability to accept challenging responsibilities, personal qualities of integrity, creativity, good interpersonal and communication skills are desired. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of and experience in managing clients.
∎ Employment Status and work location: Sonpara, Panchrukhi, Narayanganj-1460

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction;
∎ Support management in customer service-related activities, i.e., understand clients need and support accordingly;
∎ Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication;
∎ Keep records of customer interactions, process customer documents and file documents;
∎ Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
∎ Generate sales leads
∎ Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
∎ Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
∎ Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
∎ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
∎ Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies as per different government bodies and BSEZ;
∎ Any related task assigned from the management;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ 2+ years of working experience mainly is customer service will be an added advantage.
∎ Energetic, passionate and ability to meet deadlines;
∎ Must have excellent written and spoken skills in English and Bangla;
∎ Good communication skills (written & verbal) both in English and Bengali;
∎ Ability to think logically;
∎ Ability to work well in a team;
∎ Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution
