Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 22 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Center, CRM

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the Facebook, YouTube, and Digital channel, develop and communicate different posts
∎ Digital query management- Website, Face book, YouTube and other social media.
∎ Manage Facebook or social media group & query activities.
∎ Manage FAQ and update regularly.
∎ Manage reply to query.
∎ Call existing and potential customers from the hotline number to promote existing and new products and receive product requirements and service requirement/complaints.
∎ Collect order and manage it as per direction.
∎ Ensure Product delivery and follow-up customers.
∎ Maintain reports to your reporting and work accordingly as per direction.
∎ Maintain and update a database of existing and potential customers regularly.
∎ Maintain a database of complaints and Service completion routinely.
∎ Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Admin.
∎ Maintain Email correspondence with existing and potential customers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and Google Docs.
∎ Must have knowledge about soft skills.
∎ Must be able to work under pressure, energetic & self-confident.
