Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Call and engage with leads generated through social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
∎ Provide detailed information about the IELTS preparation courses, schedule, and fees.
∎ Answer questions and address concerns from students and parents in a professional and persuasive manner.
∎ Guide potential students through the enrollment process and explain the benefits of our programs.
∎ Follow up with leads who have shown interest but have not yet enrolled, ensuring they have all the information needed to make a decision.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all interactions and leads in the CRM system.
∎ Achieve individual enrollment targets and contribute to overall team goals.
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest IELTS test updates, course offerings, and market trends.
∎ Assist with onboarding enrolled students by providing them with all necessary course details and instructions.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to share feedback and help improve lead generation efforts.
