Responsibilities & Context:
∎ You will be responsible for Sales promoting and traveling arrangements for clients (individuals/ businesses/corporate groups).
∎ The goal is to enhance satisfaction and acquire an expanding and dedicated clientele and increasing the sales ratio of the companyJob Responsibilities:
∎ Tour planning, Operation on Inbound & outbound
∎ Strong Experience in Asian Countries PackagesUse promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
∎ Acquiring the monthly revenue and profit target generated by the management.
∎ Diagnose the clients' specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services
∎ Supply travelers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday material (guides, maps, event programs etc.)
∎ Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc.
∎ Create and update electronic records of clients
∎ Handle unforeseen problems and complaints of clients and determine the solution eligibility for money returns
∎ Attend conferences to maintain familiarity with tourism trends and update the organization immediately.
∎ Maintain relationships with key persons of corporate clients
∎ Keep financial statements and documents
∎ To manage the online reservation of hotels and other tour packages.
∎ Managing visa assistance services to the clients.Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in any discipline from a reputed University. (Note: Students are encouraged to apply)
∎ Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field will be an added advantage
∎ Candidates with personal travel experience will be preferredExperience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers will be provided inhouse trainingAdditional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to applyThe applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

∎ Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively
∎ Demonstrable ability to handle crises
