• Contact prospective students through phone calls, messages, and emails to provide accurate and updated information about studying abroad, including courses, universities, admission requirements, and visa processes.
• Assess students’ academic backgrounds and career goals to guide them toward suitable study options.
• Maintain strong follow-up with students to ensure timely submission of required documents.
• Assist students throughout the application process and ensure smooth communication between the student and the institution.
• Convert prospective leads into successful admissions by providing clear guidance, building trust, and offering personalized support.
• Maintain detailed records of student interactions and update the CRM system regularly.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to overall business growth.
