Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline.
∎ (Candidates having Bachelor & Masters major in English will get preference)
∎ Skills Required: COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE, Student Counseling.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Student counseling for foreign university admission (re: admission requirements, programs, fees, intakes, admission procedure etc.)
∎ Provide information about visa procedures.
∎ Receive admission applications and deal with students, record keeping & follow-up.
∎ Ability to handle telephone, email, social media enquiries from prospective students independently and timely.
∎ Process incoming applications for all foundation, diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate degree programs.
∎ Checking qualifications, Eligibility of the applicants, follow institutes application processing systems.
∎ Check and verify the fees, intake and classification of applicants.
∎ Liaise with students regularly.
∎ Assist with the monitoring and updating of all information relating to admission.
∎ Gathering course, fees structure, partner institutes list, intake deadline, entry requirements for upcoming intake.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Education Counseling, Education Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, Immigration & Education Consultancy Service
∎ Counseling, sales and marketing experience in education industries.
∎ Experience of providing information & advice.
∎ Understanding of the international student's application process and higher education admission.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Familiar with computer operation, email, facebook, scanning documents.
∎ Good English proficiency and vocabulary to speak to foreign university representatives in English.
∎ Pleasant personality, ability to handle client with professional manner.
∎ High level computer skill is needed.

Salary: Negotiable
