∎ East West University,BRAC University,North East University Bangladesh,American International University Bangladesh,Daffodil International University students will get preference
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Excellent Communication skill with clients in appropriate accent.
∎ Excellent proficiency in English is mandatory.
∎ Confidence to take challenge and fulfill daily and monthly KPI.
∎ Good command in Microsoft office specially excel for daily reporting.
∎ Analytics skill and working ability for team development.
∎ Expert in data entry
∎ Work on a variety of call assignments as required by the Support Center Manager.
∎ Answering client and technician inquiries.
∎ Good Documentation.
∎ Good Computer Operation
∎ Reporting
∎ Tele Marketing
∎ Online Marketing
∎ Online Communication
∎ (Outside/field Marketing for Male only)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ A Level and O level background candidates will get preference.
Salary: Negotiable
