∎ Bachelor in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Primary Health Care

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Counsel clients according to their needs and give need-based brochures and leaflets on services and products.
∎ Screen FP, ANC clients, and other clients and send them to the appropriate service providers (MO/Paramedic/Lab/Physiotherapy).
∎ Maintain and operate audiovisual equipment for health education in the waiting room.
∎ Dispense FP methods as per need.
∎ Maintain financial management of the Health Complex.
∎ Maintain proper documentation and records of all services and generate necessary reports as per office requirements.
∎ Carry out other related duties as and when assigned by the authority/office.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Word, PowerPoint, Excel, email, and web browsing.
∎ Attitude for working with poor and marginalized people.
∎ Excellent communication skill.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Probation period will be 1 (one) year long. After successful completion of the probationary period, the officer will be accommodated in the regular Pay Scale of ASA.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ All other admissible benefits like Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Yearly Increment, Festival Allowance, Naboborsho Allowance (Boishakhy) and Employee's Group Benefit Fund will be attributed.
