Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide one-on-one counselling to students regarding study abroad options.
∎ Guide students on suitable courses, universities, and career paths based on their profiles and preferences.
∎ Assist students in completing application forms, gathering necessary documents.
∎ Track application status and follow up with universities or institutions.
∎ Help students understand visa requirements and support them through the application process.
∎ Schedule mock interviews and provide training for visa interviews.
∎ Respond to student inquiries through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
∎ Maintain regular follow-ups with students and parents to ensure smooth processing.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and educational institutions.
∎ Attend and represent the company at education fairs, seminars, and workshops.
∎ Maintain accurate records of student profiles, application statuses, and visa outcomes.
∎ Stay updated with changes in education policies, visa regulations, and admission processes across countries.
